Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping
Orders over $50 (excluding sales tax) are shipped using UPS with freight pre-paid.
Orders under $50 (excluding sales tax) can be billed through your shipper’s account. Please make a notation on your order of your shipping instructions.
Returns
The customer may return purchased products within 14 days after the date of delivery.
To return a product, the customer must send a timely email to hello@laucare.us informing us of the return. If Lau Care LLC approves the return, once Lau Care LLC receives the product and verifies its good condition, the full purchase price will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the purchase. No refund will be made if the product package has been opened or if the product is damaged or not in the same condition as when delivered.
Damage during Shipping
If a product delivered to the customer was obviously damaged during shipping, the customer must notify Lau Care LLC by email to hello@laucare.us within 24 hours after delivery.
If Lau Care LLC approves the return, Lau Care LLC will either replace the product or refund the full purchase price by the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If the customer wants to exchange a product delivered for another product, the customer must notify Lau Care LLC by email to hello@laucare.us within 24 hours after delivery.
If Lau Care LLC approves the exchange, the customer may return the unwanted product. In all cases above the customer must arrange and pay for the return of product. All returns must be sent to the following address:
